Are you boring or remarkable?

If the market isn’t talking about you, your products or your services, there’s a reason.

thoushallnotborepeople-3The reason is that you’re boring. And you’re probably boring by choice. You have boring products because that’s what the market wants, boring pricing because that’s what the market expects. Your staff may be remarkable, but they’re busy making boring statements and conveying boring information. Boring results from playing it safe.

Remarkable costs time, money and effort. Remarkable takes willingness to step out of the norm and willingness to risk. More than money, remarkable takes a willingness to take on the norm shake it up, to make something different. Remarkable takes a willingness to be wrong. And a refusal to play it safe.

Boring is a choice. So is remarkable.

I do consider all of the ideas you’ve introduced to your
post. They are very convincing and can definitely work.
Nonetheless, the posts are very quick for novices. Could you please lengthen them a
bit from next time? Thank you for the post.
